Mission:

It is a private, non-profit counseling and social service agency providing services for youth and their families residing in Haddam and Killingworth.

We strive to foster and support positive youth development in their relationships with themselves, peers, families, schools and community. Through educational outreach, we aim to avert modern problems of low self-esteem, substance abuse, suicide, school drop-outs, teen pregnancy, and abuse.
