Dr. Anurag Bajaj is a Cardiologist at Monument Health Heart and Vascular Institute. Following his medical residency, he served as a faculty member for the Internal Medicine Residency program and as an Associate Professor at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine in Scranton, PA. As a faculty member, Dr. Bajaj earned several teaching awards. He completed his cardiovascular disease fellowship at the Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education.
Dr. Bajaj enjoys helping his patients, especially when he can see the instant gratification a patient receives when he can help address their health concerns. His passion is driven by the bonds he builds with his patients over the course of their lives. Dr. Bajaj has clinical interest in Hemodynamics and enjoys the new, continuous innovations within the field of Cardiology. He has expertise performing meta-analysis and systematic review and has authored several publications in the field of cardiology.
Dr. Bajaj is board certified in Cardiology and Internal Medicine, certified by the National Board of Echocardiography, the Board of Nuclear Cardiology and the Board of Clinical Hypertension. In his free time, he enjoys running and jogging.
