I chose to become an APRN to help people. The best way to help people is by enabling them to help themselves. I love getting to know my patients and relating to them on a personal level. I have a passion for health education and prevention. I hope my patients walk away confident in the care they are receiving and in caring for themselves. I never want them to have questions or concerns that go unanswered. The best outcomes are achieved when we work together toward a common goal.
