Inspired to help others, Dr. Tran chose a career in medicine to make a difference. Her interest in medicine began in college when she was volunteering at a local hospital and it was that moment that she knew it was the career for her.
Treating children through seniors, Dr. Tran finds great satisfaction in her role as a family medicine physician. Her interests include women’s health, geriatrics and preventative medicine. Additionally, she takes it upon herself to stay up to date with new and current treatments and provide her patients with cutting-edge health care.
Dr. Tran has a keen interest in educating her patients and collaborating with them to build individualized treatment plans. It is through this partnership that her patients can achieve a high level of success in reaching their health goals. As she states, “I especially enjoy the special relationships I have with my patients. They place their trust in me and I do everything I can to empower them to take control of their health.”
Fluent in Vietnamese, Dr. Tran received her medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington D.C. and completed her residency at University of Nevada School of Medicine.
During her free time, Dr. Tran enjoys spending time with family and friends, biking, running and gardening.
