Hannah Neumeyer, FNP, is a board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner who sees pediatric (starting at age 2) and adult patients.
Hannah provides preventative care such as annual wellness exams, school and sports physicals, vaccinations, health screenings and manages acute and chronic illnesses. Conditions she treats include asthma, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, minor injuries, cold and flu symptoms and sprains and strains.
Hannah focuses on preventative care and enjoys getting to know her patients so she can provide the resources necessary so they can invest in their health. She prides herself in providing compassionate, high-quality care based on her patients’ needs and individual goals.
Originally from Swansea, Illinois, when Hannah isn’t caring for patients, she enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time outdoors with her family and their three dogs.
Hannah completed her medical training at Chamberlain University in St. Louis, Missouri.
