Providence Home Services provides home health, hospice, specialty pharmacy services and home medical equipment services in Oregon and southwest Washington. All services are state-licensed and/or accredited by The Joint Commission. We offer centralized access for convenient, immediate and multi-service referrals. Our access teams are capable of managing all referrals from health care providers, resulting in uninterrupted, continuing care for patients.
