Dr. Salyer joined Community Spine Center in 2011 and serves patients on the south side of Indianapolis. He is a graduate of Midwestern University-Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, and he completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Salyer is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, American Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association and International Spine Intervention Society.
