Laxmi Shah, DO Dr. Laxmi Shah is a neurology specialist who treats patients with various conditions, including headaches and epilepsy. She provides Botox® therapy for chronic migraines and is board-certified in clinical electrophysiology, as well as EMG and EEG testing. Dr. Shah earned her medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, Lewisburg, West Virginia.
