Neha Karajgikar, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine and endocrinology physician. She received her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Drexel University/Hahnemann Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. After her residency, Dr. Karajgikar went on to complete an endocrinology fellowship from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
As an endocrinologist, Dr. Karajgikar specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and management of all endocrine problems, including general and complex cases of type 1 and type 2 diabetes, as well as diseases of thyroid, pituitary, adrenal and bone. She provides care to patients ages 18 and older, and believes it is crucial for patients to be an active participant in decision making based on the needed health care information provided.
She is a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology, American College of Physicians and Endocrine Society. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.
When she is not practicing medicine, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
