I am a board certified musculoskeletal oncologist, fellowship trained at Memorial Sloan Kettering. My focus is on providing personalized care to treating bone and soft tissue tumors with an emphasis on limb-sparing surgery. I treat a variety of non-oncologic conditions as well, including degenerative and inflammatory arthritis, trauma, and sports related injuries. Robotic assisted primary and complex revision arthroplasty/reconstruction, open reduction and internal fixation, and knee/shoulder arthroscopy are all within the scope of my practice.I completed my orthopaedic surgery residency training at Northwell Health at North Shore University Hospital and LIJ Medical Center where I was awarded the Jodi Fisher Memorial Excellence Award in Orthopaedic Research. My research interests include novel approaches to surgically managing soft tissue sarcomas using tumor paint and photodynamic therapy, research which I have presented at regional and national conferences. I am a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and the Musculoskeletal Tumor Society (MSTS). My goals for patient care include palliation of pain, improved function and curing disease to allow patients to return to their pre-disease state, enjoying physical activities, work, life and family.
