8:00 AM Judge Short-Haired Beef Breeds in this order (Brangus, Simbrah, Braford, Braford Base, Grey Brahman, Santa Gertrudis, Red Brahman, Beefmaster, AOB Brahman, Brahman Influence Commercial Heifers, Mini Zebu, Supreme Champion Short Hair Beef)

8:00 AM Dairy Goat Showmanship (oldest to youngest, by division) followed by Breeding Dairy Goats in this order females by breed, then males by breed (Nubian, Nigerian Dwarf, AOB Dairy, Comm Dairy Does, Supreme Champion Dairy Goat).

12:00 PM (Noon) or 30 minutes after the Diary Goat Show (only if meat goat show ends earlier than 11:00 AM)
Judge Meat Goat Showmanship (oldest to youngest, by division) followed by Breeding Meat Goats in this order (Purebred Boer, %Boer, Pygmie, Mytonic, AOB Meat, Comm Meat Does, Supreme Champion Meat Goat) followed by Market Goats Champion Dairy Goat). Release goats at the conclusion of the show.

9:30 AM Release all beef cattle that have completed showing
