23rd Annual Outdoor Music Festival, Vendors, KidsFest

The Alabaster Arts Council, Inc., is excited to organize Alabaster CityFest, scheduled for the first Saturday in June.

Alabaster CityFest has become one of the state’s premier family festivals. Each year, our event attracts tens of thousands of visitors not only from our local community, but from all across the Southeast. The event grows larger every year.

Enjoy the KidsFest area featuring hands-on arts and crafts, inflatables, music, and various children’s activities. CityFest also includes a large vendor area with great food and merchandise, a classic car show, and world-class musical entertainment all day long. Gates open at 9AM and close after the last act.

KidsFest:
KidsFest Provides A Full Day of Free Fun for Kids
Alabaster CityFest offers entertainment and activities for all ages. Bring the kids to enjoy a full day of play at our Alabaster KidsFest area.  The KidsFest area is open from 9AM – 8PM (or until dark) and is absolutely Free.

The KidsFest area includes:
Amazing inflatables (open 9AM — until dark)
Hands-on arts and crafts (9AM – 3PM)
Healthy eating demonstrations (sponsored by BCBSAL – various times)
Face painting (9AM – 3PM)
Various children’s games and activities (9AM – 3PM)
Bungee jumping (operated by vendor – fee)
Sensory Activation Vehicle (sponsored by BCBSAL) – a sensory refuge for those with sensory needs

Arts and Crafts 9AM – 3PM
Everyone is an artist during our hands-on arts and crafts for all ages. Your children have the opportunity to get out of the sun and enjoy activities and making crafts under the big tent. Free

Cruise-In Car Show:
The annual Alabaster CityFest Cruise-In Car Show will be from 9 am until 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 7, 2025.
No Entry Fee. Free Admission and Registration: Drivers, please come see us at the Cruise-In registration table. We will get your info and get you registered for door prizes. All years, makes, and models of vehicle are encouraged to participate. Registration will be onsite the day of the event, but if you’d like to fill your entry form out beforehand and bring with you, or if you’d like to forward a form to a friend, you can download the cruise-in entry form here.
