We are delighted to announce the 2025 installment of our annual Honor Festival for both band and orchestra students. Like last year, our festival will feature a 10-12 band, a 7-9 band and a 7-12 string orchestra. This year’s clinicians are Ron Ellis (Director of Bands at University of Texas at San Antonio), Tara Melvin (Director of Bands at Awtrey Middle School) and David Eccles (Orchestra Director at The Lovett School). This year’s event will feature guest composer, Katahj Copley (Owner/Composer at Katahj Copley Music), who will be working with both student performers and directors/teachers during the festival. Saturday activities will start at 9am, and the three closing concerts will begin at 1pm with The final concert concluding at 4pm.
