Join us during the month of May in the Powisset Kitchen, where we’ll Plant-it-Forward all month long, with recipes that put what’s growing seasonally and here at the farm front and center!
In this hands-on class with our own Chef Thi, you’ll learn to take seasonal, fresh vegetables, from the local farm or your own garden, and bake with them in recipes both sweet and savory. Fresh-baked goodies will include Roasted Vegetable Quick Bread Loaf, Sweet Potato and Chive Scone, and Beet Brownies.

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
