Mark is an entertaining speaker who chased Soviet submarines in the Cold War in the P-3 Orion and was the Chief Operations Attorney at Delta Air Lines on 9/11.

He spent 30 years in the Navy, commanded an aviation squadron, and retired as a Captain. He now works as a Vice President at the world's largest aerospace company and lives in Charleston, SC.

In his new book, he chronicles the leadership lessons he learned more than 30 years ago as the aide to a Navy Admiral.
