The Building Better Caregivers class is designed to empower family caregivers with the tools and confidence to navigate the challenges of caregiving. Participants will gain valuable skills in managing difficult emotions, understanding care-partner behaviors, and effectively communicating with doctors, healthcare systems, and loved ones. The course also covers important topics such as future planning and balancing caregiving with personal well-being. This supportive and informative class helps caregivers build the resilience needed to provide the best care while maintaining their own health and peace of mind.
