Individuals and team can participate. For teams, Create your team and appoint a team leader to cheer on the team; Ensure individuals register under your specific "Team" during online registration; Take and post photos at the event tagging #BeWellBrunswick; Engage participants in movement (walk, run, roll, or stroll).

Join in this year's Ides of March theme for a little extra fun as generations come together to get moving. Dress in Toga Attire while embracing health. Add to the fun by creating a team wearing an array of togas.
