Hello everyone! Please at least read through this entire description at least once before attending our event.

Cars and Slushies is presented by ToasterParts in partnership with 7 Eleven of Wilmington, North Carolina located on Market St.

You may or may not know that 7 Eleven is very car enthusiast friendly. Many locations across the country have meetups often. We are extremely excited to announce that we are bringing this side of car culture to Wilmington.

With 7 Eleven headquarters located in Tokyo, the event is aimed to draw in the JDM/USDM “Japanese” makes and models, HOWEVER, my personal goal with this specific event is to unite the local car scene, and offer a safe place for enthusiasts of all types. We’re looking to host a non-toxic and supportive environment for people to connect and support each other. Cars, trucks, bikes, Hondas, BMWs, Mustangs, are all welcome. However there are some ground rules that apply to everyone:

As per the usual at any good car show, please respect the venue. We are very fortunate to be able to bring this event to the local scene, as well as have access to this brand new franchise.

Rules:
1. No excessive motor noise,
2. No excessive audio systems running,
3. No burnouts,
4. No parking at the gas pumps for longer than it takes to fuel up.
5. Do not park in front of the store.
6. No drug use,
7. No open alcohol,
8. No racing.

This event will take place from 4:30pm until 7pm Eastern, every fourth Saturday of every month.

There will be individuals ready to guide you to a suitable parking spot for your particular vehicle. We must be strategic with parking due to limited space. However we do have access to a grass lot attached to 7/11 that can hold plenty of vehicles. When you get to the event, someone will help guide you to suitable parking, please listen to them and park where they tell you.

Do not park in front of the gas station for more than 10 minutes. Do not park at the pumps long term, and do not leave your vehicle unattended while refueling. Only park at pumps to get fuel, then move to designated parking areas directed by event staff.

7 Eleven is not closing down to host us. They will remain open for business, and we want to make them more money, not less, so they will continue to let us meet there.

Thank you all for your support and understanding. We hope to see you there. Invite your friends and let’s have a good time!

Lastly, I highly encourage everyone to get gas, get a snack or a drink and support 7 Eleven. They have been very kind and supportive of this event. And if you feel like going the extra mile, make it a point to thank an employee or manager for hosting us.
