May 2: First Friday: Spring's ALIVE on Central, 5-7 pm
Spring is in the air and Central Street businesses will be celebrating! Encouraging locals to come alive, businesses will promote seasonal offerings, specials and more to celebrate spring on Central.

June 6: First Friday: Pride’s ALIVE on Central, 5-7 pm
A play on Pride Month, Central Street businesses will show their pride for being a part of Central Street and show off the colors of their rainbow with decor, promos, entertainment and more.

July 24-26: Sidewalk Sale, 10 am - 5 pm 

August 1: First Friday Vibe’s ALIVE, 5-7 pm
Central Street businesses showcase their musical vibes that make their businesses thrive! Choosing their favorite genres of music through the decades, they’ll tie in all the fun and promote feel good vibes to inspire and come alive!

September 20: Central Street ALIVE Busker Fest with Sips & Samples, (time TBA)
Music, sampling, strolling, sipping and more. Imagine a myriad of entertainers in the streets and in stores and food/beverages to stimulate all the senses!

October 4: Mid-Autumn Moon Fest
In partnership with ASPA Evanston, Central Street will come alive with a celebration of families and friends gathering to eat, drink, and enjoy traditional activities in admiration of the full moon. 

October 25: Central Street Trick Or Treat, 11 am - 1 pm

Crafts, a trick or treat stroll and more!

November 15: Holiday Stroll & Tree Lighting, 5 pm

Stroll and shop throughout the district to get into the holiday spirit with shopping and dining specials, entertainment, trolley rides, and the return of the annual tree lighting in the newly renovated Independence Park.

November 29: Small Business Saturday

Shop local on Central Street and support local businesses!

December 11: Later-Night on Central until 7 pm

Central Street hosts extended hours for shopping and dining with special promotions at 25+ businesses!
