5:00 PM    - Tethered Balloon Rides Start
Walk Through Balloon Starts

5:30 PM - Balloon Setup (5:30pm - 6:30pm)

6:30 PM - Balloon Launch

7:30 PM - Special Shapes Start to Inflate

8:30 PM  - Balloon Glow
