This Thanksgiving, Chula Seafood is helping hosts out in the kitchen by prepping “Everything but the Turkey” menus. Each location’s “Everything but the Turkey” menu includes specialty items that will perfectly complement a Thanksgiving turkey or any main meal.
“Everything but the Turkey” menu at Chula Uptown, serves up to six guests for $150++
Crab Whipped Potato — Red crab, leek and bacon whipped potatoes, garnished with crispy bacon
Green Bean Casserole — Green beans, cipollini, smoked oyster mushroom and crispy leeks
Smoked Trout and Roast Beet Salad — Roasted red beets and baby carrots, spinach, fall spice glazed smoked trout, whipped goat cheese and apple walnut chili crunch
Harvest Stuffing — Noble country loaf, spiced cranberry, butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, kale, gruyere cheese and cranberry pine nut pest swirl
Add-ons include:
Two-Pound Planked Salmon with chipotle brown sugar dry rub and bourbon mustard glaze; serves six to eight guests and comes ready to cook, $90++
Half-Pound Family Size Lobster Mac and Cheese, $100++

Cornbread Stuffing — Sausage, carrots, onions, celery, mushrooms, sage, chicken stock and walnuts
Roasted Brussels with house-made bacon and maple gastrique
Noble Dinner Rolls with honey cinnamon butter and chipotle cranberry mustard
