Chula Seafood is celebrating the end of 2024 with two distinct menu offerings—the NYE Bento Box available exclusively at Chula Uptown in Phoenix and the NYE Seafood Snacks menu, available exclusively at Chula Grayhawk in North Scottsdale. Details are as follows:

Chula Seafood Uptown has announced its NYE Bento Box menu, which includes the following, is now available for preorder:

Saikyo Miso Black Cod—Marinated black cod with caramelized skin and pickled ginger.

4-Piece Nigiri—Yellowfin Tuna, Ora King Belly, Hiramasa and Hokkaido Scallop

Lobster Salad—Mixed greens, masago, cucumber, bamboo shoot, cured egg yolk and crispy salmon skin with soy-ginger dressing

Pickled Vegetables—Japanese eggplant, cucumber, shishito and okra

Seasoned Rice—Brown rice with soy dashi, shimeji mushroom, mustard greens and crispy shallots

The NYE Bento Box menu serves two, with one bento box per person, for $150++. A tin of caviar can be added for an additional $75. Orders come ready to heat and eat, with minimal reheating. This special is available exclusively at Chula Uptown.

Preorders are now being taken for pick up on Tuesday, Dec. 31.

Chula Seafood Grayhawk in North Scottsdale is offering the exclusive Seafood Snacks menu, featuring the following for $125++:

Tuna Tiradito—Cold-smoked tuna, aji leche, confit sweet potato, pickled red onion and olives

Warm Crab Fundito—Lump crab, roasted chiles, onions and queso Oaxaca served with tortilla chips and salsa verde

Seafood Cocktail—Old Bay-marinated shrimp, smoked scallop and olive oil poached mussels served with chile cocktail sauce, mustard aioli, caper relish, crackers and Noble bread.

The Seafood Snacks menu serves two. Guests can also add a tin of caviar for an additional $75. Preorders come ready to heat and eat, with minimal assembly and instructions included.

Preorder for the Seafood Snacks special is now available for pick up between Sunday, Dec. 29 and Tuesday, Dec. 31. Upon order confirmation, pick up time will be arranged.
