The City of Lakes Loppet Winter Festival is a two-day festival that includes a variety of point-to-point Cross-Country Ski, Fat Bike, Skijor, and Snowshoe events, both competitive races and recreational touring events through Theodore Wirth Park; and a number of unique events, such as the Kubb Tournament. The City of Lakes Loppet Winter Festival will now keep the fun going over two weekends with a two-day festival the first weekend in February and the Luminary Loppet (also the Loppet’s largest fundraiser of the year!) on the second Saturday in February.

Schedule of Events:

7am - 12pm: Start Line Packet Pickup - Cedar Lake
7:30am - 11:00am: Mortenson-Cedar Lake Shuttle (Continuous)
8:30am - 10am: Skijor Loppet (10K Point-to-Point)
9am - 1pm: 31K Skate Ski Loppet
10am - 3pm: Trailhead-Mortenson Shuttle (Every 15 on the Quarter Hour)
10am - 1pm: 20K Skate Ski Puoli Loppet
10:30am - 1pm: 10K Skate Ski Tour
10am - 3pm: Utepils Beer Garden & Festival Village
10:40am - 1pm: 10K Snowshoe Loppet
11:45am - 2pm: 28K Fat Bike Loppet
11:50am - 2pm: 20K Fat Bike Puoli Loppet
12pm - 2pm: 10K Fat Bike Tour
