Losing a loved one can feel overwhelming, and finding the right grief support isn’t always easy. If you’re seeking guidance but need a flexible option that fits your schedule, Hospice Austin's Conversations on Grief webinar series offers a comforting space to process loss from the privacy of your own home.

Our September session takes place on Thursday, September 18th, 2025, from 11 AM to 12 PM. This month’s topic, "Stigmas, Myths and Misconceptions," will explore the tigmas, myths, and misconceptions surrounding grief. Each person has the right to define their own grief experience. Although grief is a deeply personal experience, healing comes from exploring and talking about it in an open and non-judgmental environment.

Facilitated by Bereavement Counselor Mary Piatt, Hospice Austin Director of Volunteer and Bereavement Services Nancy McCranie, and Bereavement Coordinator Esmeralda Huerta, this webinar provides compassionate support and practical insights for navigating loss.

Sessions are held on the third Thursday of each month from 11 AM to 12 PM, and attendees are welcome to join as many as they’d like.
