The Cooperstown Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the return of the Cooperstown Artisan Festival to offer this opportunity again, bringing the festival back to the downtown area for the eighth year. For two glorious days at the end of summer, the courtyard of the Otsego County Campus will be transformed into an outdoor Artisan Festival.
