In partnership with LA Council District 8 and Destination Crenshaw, we invite you to spend the day at CAAM. Experience World Without End: The George Washington Carver Project, part of Getty’s PST ART: Art and Science Collide initiative, and Simone Leigh, co-presented with the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Along with these exhibitions, we’ll have activities throughout the day.

11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. | Self Care: Yoga

Move through a sixty-minute flow with yoga and meditation teacher Constance Hartwell. No previous experience is necessary, but please bring your own yoga mat. Indoors.

2:00–3:30 p.m. | Zine Workshop: Self-Portraiture

Create a zine with educators from Able ARTS Work inspired by the theme of self-portraiture.
