Course 1: Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Delight in mushroom caps stuffed with rich local Farmers Gate sausage, baked to golden perfection, and topped with white cheddar cheese. Served on a base of our signature winery fondue.

Course 2: Braised Short Ribs
Savor the tender, slow-cooked beef short ribs braised in a rich red wine broth with aromatic herbs. This savory dish is paired with creamy garlic mashed potatoes and a colorful medley of root vegetables.

Course 3: Flourless Chocolate Torte (GF)
