The East Durham St. Patrick's Day Parade will take place at 1 pm . Starting at the MJQ Irish Cultural Centre and Ending at The Cross Roads at Five Furlongs. Last years parade was hugely successful and we are planning on topping it this year. Please get in to town early. Parade lineup begins by noon and we start at 1pm. Once the road is closed you won't be able to get through. Don't be late !! Parking at the Cultural Centre will be for parade participants only! There will be designated parking areas at the Blackthorne, McGraths, The Flea Market, Our Lady Of Knock Shrine and the Weldon House. All of these parking areas will provide a free shuttle ride to the parade route and back to your vehicle after the parade. We have 2 Grand Marshals this year Colleen McGrath Fenlon and Dermot Fenlon.
