Easter egg hunt at Wallace State Park

The public is invited to enjoy an afternoon of fun at Wallace State Park's annual Easter egg hunt.

At 1 p.m., visitors of all ages can search for the hidden golden eggs on the park’s hiking trails to win a special prize. Then, at 2 p.m., kids of all ages will be encouraged to bring their baskets to collect some 3,000 candy- and toy-filled eggs during the traditional egg hunt. Nature displays will be available for public viewing at the enclosed shelter throughout the event.

This event is free and open to the public, and there is no need to register. For more information, call the park office at 816-632-3745.
