Downtown Pensacola’s holiday season kicks off with Winterfest’s annual Elf Parade

on Friday, Nov. 28! Led by Santa himself, this free, family-friendly tradition invites kids

(and kids-at-heart) to don elf ears, ugly sweaters, and festive costumes, with prizes

awarded for the biggest ears, best outfits, and most creative strollers and wagons. Line-

up begins at 12:30 p.m. at Baylen and Government Streets, followed by a joyful parade

through downtown. The festivities conclude with Santa lighting up millions of twinkling

lights, marking the official start of the season.
