Close To Polish Heart - 1:00pm
A Musical Journey From Poland To The Northwoods
Polish musician Greg Słomka performs music that is close to his heart, songs that he has brought from his Polish homeland. He describes his style as alternative acoustic arrangements of rock, pop and disco songs. His music reflects every genre, and ranges across time.
Greg Słomka was born in Chelm, Poland, and moved to the Northwoods in 2001. He first picked up a guitar when he was in high school, and after a several year hiatus from playing and singing, he rediscovered his passion for making music. In addition to playing the works of other artists, he also occasionally performs his own original songs.
