College Bound is Girls Inc. of Orange County’s year-round college and career readiness pathway that helps girls become competitive applicants, confident college students, and successful adults. Expect meaningful mission moments with personal stories from girls and alumnae, great networking, and a high-energy room of community champions opening doors for the next generation. Proceeds directly support College Bound programming.

What is College Bound?

A multi-year pathway that meets girls where they are — from middle school through senior year — offering STEM exploration, career mentoring, campus visits, and senior-year application support:

·       Eureka! (7th–8th): A 4-week STEM and life-skills experience with real-world role models (from your provided program overview).

·       Girls Meet the Workforce (9th–11th): Mentorship, workplace visits, and job-readiness training with leading companies.

·       Passport to College (9th–12th): Guided campus exploration to find the right post-secondary fit.

·       Grad Lab (12th): 1:1 support for essays, applications, and the transition to college.

In 2024, Girls Inc. of Orange County awarded $222,000 in scholarships to 20 girls, helping turn college dreams into reality.
