5:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Ribeye Steak Sandwiches (Midway, east end) 
5:00 pm: Smoked Brisket Sandwich Meal (Midway, west end) 
5:00 pm: Grand Parade (beginning on Van Buren St. to Georgia St. to the festival grounds)
6:00 pm: Pork Chop and Pulled Pork Dinner (Cafeteria)
7:30 pm: JG Varsity Football at Bremen HS
7:30 pm - 9:30 pm: Entertainment Tent: Amarillo Sky (band)
