Join us for a free screening of Georgia O’Keeffe: The Brightness of Light, a feature-length documentary about the fascinating and complicated story of one of the founders of American Modernism, Georgia O’Keeffe. Before the film, there will be a fun and interactive opportunity to take a deeper look at a Georgia O’Keeffe work in the museum’s collection with Mirken Coordinator of Campus Collaborations Jillian Impastato.

Frame by Frame is a collaborative program of the Colby College Museum of Art and the Maine Film Center. Film screenings are paired with speakers or programs that connect what we see on the big screen to what happens in the museum.
