Celebrate Independence Day by taking action in the fight for seizure freedom! The Epilepsy Foundation of Hawaiʻi’s annual Freedom Run/Walk brings together families, friends, and community members to raise awareness and support those impacted by epilepsy.
Choose your pace - professionally timed 5K/10K run, a 1-mile untimed walk, or gather your team for a fun and meaningful day outdoors. Whether you run, walk, roll, or stroll, every step helps bring us closer to a world free from seizures.
