The Master Gardeners of Yates County are happy to announce the upcoming event, Gardening Matters Day. Topics Include: • Companion Planting • “Planting Is the Last Season” • Biodynamic Farming • Native Alternatives • Planting Flowers in A Vegetable Garden • Gardening For the Birds The event will be held indoors at the Yates County Building Auditorium. The attendance fee is $20 (donations are appreciated), and refreshments will be provided. Each attendee will receive a complimentary “Garden in a Bag” seed collection featuring vegetable, herb, and flower seeds. Plus, you'll have the chance to win a raffle prize sourced by local businesses, including Knapp & Schlappi, Tractor Supply Company, Himrod Farm Supply, and Countryside Gardens.
