Garrison Mill Elementary School’s PTA and Foundation are joining forces to bring the Greyhound Gallop race and invite you to support our school through this popular tradition! All proceeds from the race will go towards capital improvements at Garrison Mill Elementary School. Our goal is to install a shade structure over the 1-3rd grade playground. Estimated cost is $50,000.

Event Schedule:

7:30 am 1K race begins.

8:00 am 5K begins. Our course starts at Garrison Mill school, continues through a picturesque Wesley Chapel Road, beautiful Mabry Park and finishing at the school track. 

9:00 am Family friendly post race party at the finish line

9:15 am Giddy Up Gallop fun run begins on the track for 4 & under

9:30 am Awards ceremony. Medals for top three female / male 5K finishers in the following age groups:

9-10

11–14

15-19

20-29

30-39

40-49

50-59

60-69

70 and over
