HOD – 5K Starts at Parkwood and Atlantic Ave
1 Mile Walk starts after the 5K at approximately 10:05
Time: 10-11:30 AM Onsite registration for the plunge
Time: Noon Leo Brady Plunge on the beach in front of Bethany bandstand
HOD 5k Awards
Time: 11:00 – Noon
5K Run & 1 Mile Walk post event party 10:30 - Noon". "Entry allowed ONLY for event participants with bib or purchased wristband for Run/Walk". Features beer provided by NKS and samples from our famous Chili cook off from several local restaurants
