Heyi, meaning “winter” in Dena’ina Athabascan, honors the area's First People and invites everyone to experience Anchorage at its winter best. Running from the weekend after Thanksgiving through New Year and stretching across the community from Eklutna to Portage, Heyi Days showcases the season’s finest activities and attractions. From festive shows and holiday markets to outdoor sports, shopping, and guided tours, there’s something for everyone.
