The IIBEC annual convention has been invaluable for my career and my business. In addition to the education sessions, I always learn something that provides immediate benefit from simply attending the convention on the trade show floor and during the social events. The convention always helps to improve industry relationships and helps make industry contacts I wouldn't normally be able to make. I would highly recommend that anyone in the industry, especially people that are new to the industry, attend convention. IIBEC has always been a professional family for me, and attending convention is time to visit family, learn a lot, and have a great time with friends and peers.
