The morning begins with a 1-Mile Fun Run at 8:00 AM, followed by the main event—the Patriot’s Run 5K—at 8:30 AM. Enjoy a festive start line, awards, refreshments, vendor booths, and family-friendly activities among the stunning display of American flags at the Plano Flags of Honor.

This first-ever event is more than a race—it’s a tribute to service, sacrifice, and community pride. Run, walk, or cheer and be part of a new tradition honoring our heroes.

After the run, participants and spectators are invited to stay for a community celebration featuring:

Awards & recognition ceremony honoring top finishers and age-group winners.
Refreshments and snacks provided by local sponsors.
Vendor booths and sponsor tents with our community partners.
Family-friendly activities and photo opportunities among the hundreds of American flags displayed at the Plano Flags of Honor.
