Through meticulous investigation, the primary suspect and an accomplice were identified and arrested within 48 hours. The main suspect demanded a trial and was convicted, while the accomplice accepted a plea deal.

Instructor: John Brooks

John Brooks is a former Crime Scene Investigator with the Fayetteville Police Department. He retired in 2017 after a successful 16+ year career with the department and has taught Criminal Investigation in the Fulbright College of Arts and Science Sociology/Criminology Department at the University of Arkansas since 2007. After retirement from the police department he formed John M Brooks LLC- a private investigation firm that offers multiple services to attorneys and the citizens of NWA.
