Tri again in 2025 with our 3rd annual hybrid indoor/outdoor Triathlon! 

Is a Triathlon on your bucket list for 2025? The JCC in Bridgewater is pleased to announce our 3rd annual hybrid indoor/outdoor Triathlon on April 27th, 2025! This event will provide participants with a fun environment to test their swimming, biking, and running skills as well as to enjoy our local active community. Participants will swim as many lengths of the pool over a 10-minute period of time in our bubble pool. From there you will transition to our Keiser spin bikes outside where you will ride for 30 minutes. Once off the bike, participants transition to our USATF certified 5K course. Total distance traveled determines your ranking overall! 

Looking to race as a team? We are offering a three person relay option which will allow you and two others to individually complete a leg of the triathlon.

Super Sprint anyone? We are offering a Super Sprint option! This option includes a 5-minute swim, 15-minute bike, and 1.5 mile run. We are also offering a Super Sprint relay option! 

No team, no problem! Join as an individual for a relay and we will pair you with two other relay teammates! Indicate on your registration which leg of the relay (swim, bike, run) you would like to do and let us do the rest!

All are welcome! We welcome participants of any age, skill, or ability level. Due to the spin bike requirements, we suggest anyone under the height of 4'10 consider participating on a relay team in the swim or run category instead of the bike category. Our friends in the special needs community are also welcome to join us in the pool, on a bike, or on the 5K course. We can't wait to cheer you all on as we foster a community of inclusion!
