The grand opening event serves fan-favorite menu items to the community. Visitors may build their own tacos, bowls, grilled burritos, and quesadillas, each made to order with premium meats and a selection of more than 25 toppings and signature sauces. The menu also features the family-friendly Lil' Ones menu.

At the new Midland location, diners may enjoy indoor seating and an outdoor patio. Guests may dine in, grab a quick pick-up order, or place delivery through DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Postmates. Surcheros also caters to groups of 10 or more, making it ideal for office lunches, family gatherings, and celebrations of all kinds. The restaurant welcomes guests daily from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
