6:00 PM – 8:00 PM - Outside the Box: Beer & Chocolate Pairing

Seven course Beer & Chocolate pairing with Hellertown’s Dolce Patisserie. Co-hosted by Food Network’s “Sweet Genius” winner, Alan Pitotti!.. All going down, this year, during “Marquee Monday”, with amazing food from Marquee Kitchen and specialty house cocktails, in addition to all the tasty suds!

We will have one reserved seating session planned for the evening (6:00-8:00PM). Head of Production and Co-owner of LTB, Anthony Gangi along with Brewer, Evan Holland join Alan Pittoti, head Chocolatier and owner of Dolce Patisserie, to discuss each pairing served.
