Schedule of Events:

5-8p Scrumptious Pies Food Truck (Parking Lot)

7:00p Charity BINGO (Parlor Back Patio). 100% will be donated to charity. Prizes will be given to the winners. Cost: Play for any donation amount to the charity.

BBQ MEAL TICKETS: Pre-register for dinner by May 19 for $10 ($15 after 5/19 & based on availability).

DAY PASSES: Day Pass fees are included in the Event Ticket.

BBQ BATTLE CONTESTANTS: Pre-register by May 12 for $20 per entry ($40 after 5/12 & based on availability). Participants can enter in the following categories: Brisket, Pulled Pork, Ribs, and Miscellaneous Sides. All items must be partially smoked or grilled in the cooking process. Each participant must make enough to feed 10-15 people and 4 judges. Participants get 2 free tickets to the Meal. Submissions will be given a judges container to be given to the judges. Judging will be based on flavor, tenderness, overall appearance, and creativity. Call the Office to Register 936-544-8466.
