The City of Huber Heights Military and Veterans Commission will host the annual Memorial Day Ceremony to honor those who lost their lives while in service to the United States during both peace and war. This ceremony will take place at the Veterans Memorial located in Thomas A. Cloud Park, 4707 Brandt Pike, Huber Heights, Ohio, on Monday, May 26, 2025, at 4:00 pm.
The keynote speaker will be Colonel Travis Pond, Deputy Commander, 88th Air Base Wing, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Other local city and veteran's organization officials will also be attending.
Memorial Day is a solemn occasion, not a celebration. It is a time for the community to come together in remembrance, to honor the sacrifices made by those who gave their lives in service to our country, whether during deployments abroad or service stateside.
The City of Huber Heights invites all residents and visitors to join in paying tribute to our fallen heroes this Memorial Day.
