Memorial Day we will be holding a Communal Military Rites Ceremony, presented by The American Legion Honor Guard Post 635 Normal and Post 56 Bloomington. The ceremony will begin promptly at Noon.

A modified Communal Military Rites will be offered for those families of Veterans  who have NOT had military rites preformed. Anyone interested in being a part of these communal military rites should contact Butch Ekstam at 309-825-2703 ASAP..

Rendering military funeral honors is one way to show the nation's deep gratitude to those who, in times of war and peace, have faithfully defended our country. Thanks to the men and women of our local American Legions posts for providing this tribute for these veteran’s families.
