Join Us for the Memorial Day Murph Challenge
This Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Come together with our community to complete the "Murph" workout - a CrossFit Hero WOD named after Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy.
Workout:
- 1 mile run
- 100 pull-ups
- 200 push-ups
- 300 air squats
- 1 mile run
(Wear a 20 lb vest or body armor if you have one)
All fitness levels are welcome - scale as needed.
Let’s push ourselves and remember why we’re able to gather freely.
