The Murph Challenge is a hero workout in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who gave his life in service to our country. The workout includes:
- 1-mile run
- 100 pull-ups
- 200 push-ups
- 300 air squats
- Followed by another 1-mile run
It’s more than just a workout - it’s a chance to honor sacrifice, show American pride, and push yourself alongside others doing the same.
Come in between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM for this free community event. Whether you're doing the full Murph or a modified version, you're welcome here.
